No Nanny

Our nanny will be on leave for two weeks starting today. I am expecting domestic life to go crazier but wow, things are definitely going smoothly for now. Except for the laundry. Our laundry girl had another appointment during the weekend so half of the laundry had to be done by moi, of course. The Husband has been very helpful. But I can't say the same thing with the little girl! However she was kind and very nice yesterday afternoon, when we declared that she can have some playing time on his Dad's laptop. Hehe. She helped her Dad fold the laundry. That earned her around 2 hours of playing. Hehe.

Anyways, it is going to be a great week, I believe. Even if we're nannyless. Waaah!

Our Weekend

How was your weekend? Ours, as expected, was relaxing. The Husband was home (thank you, Lord!) but the girl was a little cranky because of some denied privileges. Hehe. It was a very humid weekend but it rained later in the afternoons. I think the humidity triggered my headache and the girl's cough. Again! Aargh... Good thing tomorrow is a no-class day for her. It is Mama Mary's birthday! Yay! We will have some school activities, including a Mass, a program and sports competition. I will just attend the Mass and the program and probably eat, then go home. Haha!
