Going for Your Passion

Saturday, June 11, 2011

It is never too late to pursue one’s passion. I know one licensed nurse who is now taking up medicine and at the same time, secretly taking up piano lessons. He confided that not even his parents know about it. He thinks that informing them will pressure him and the hobby won’t be pleasurable anymore. For now, what matters is that he is going for what he wants to do and enjoys it at the same time.

I admire my friend for his courage and I encourage others to do the same. Pursuing one’s passion has no time nor age limit. You might be in a certain profession but wishes to engage into a different field. If you can afford it, why not? Say, you want to be a professional cosmetologist. Weigh the pros and cons if you decide to pursue the said career and if you have made a decision to go for it, find yourself a reputable beauty school like the Regency Beauty Institute, a Westminster beauty school.  They provide the best education when it comes to cosmetology. Their graduates are even provided placement assistance so that they can land a good job once they leave the school so they are assured that their education and passion for beauty won’t go to waste.

Life is so short to be spent on doing something that you do not love or even like. Make it a decision to go for your passion.
