I aimed for my ideal weight one year ago and with much determination and will power, I was able to achieve it. However, I went back to my old eating habits and got tired of my exercise routine. Needless to say, I gained back the flabs that I was able to loose. It is no fun to see them and to wear clothes that has become tight. For 2012, I intend to be physically fit again. It’s a good thing that Friends and Family Offers support when I told them about this plan. Doing this alone is never easy. Knowing that I was able to do it last year motivates me to go for it again and this time, to try to be able to stick to it and maintain the weight.
