Sleep!

One thing that can make me productive, active and sane during the day is getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep. One of the perks of working from home is that I can catch more sleeping time once I’ve sent my daughter to school. And that’s what I did this Monday morning. But before that, I’ve already cooked for my daughter, brought her to school, went marketing and exercised! But after exercising, I was still sleepy and lacked energy so I went to bed and slept for another 1.5 hours. I remember opening a present and in it, I found a nice sterling silver cuff! But then I woke up and realized that it was just a dream! Oh well.

Anyway, after preparing my brunch, I started working on some online tasks which I seem to have neglected for some weeks now. I have a lot in my to-do list for the week and it feels good to cross-out some of those items as early as now. Indeed, a good amount of sleep can help one go through the day and the week!
